Following what was communicated on May 24 and 29, 2019, Poligrafica S. Faustino S.p.A. listed at the MTA Market - Star Segment of the Italian Stock Exchange for technological and communication services, informs that the Board of Directors has approved the merger plan by incorporation into Poligrafica S. Faustino SpA of the subsidiary Psfinteractive S.r.l., pursuant to art. 2505, paragraph 2, of the Italian Civil Code, not having received by the deadline pursuant to art. 2505, paragraph 3, of the Italian Civil Code any request by the shareholders to submit to the extraordinary assembly of Poligrafica S. Faustino S.p.A. the decision on the aforementioned merger.
