Faustino S.p.A. listed at the MTA Market - Star Segment of the Italian Stock Exchange for technological and communication services, inform that today the deed of merger by incorporation into Poligrafica S. Faustino S.p.A. of the subsidiary Psfinteractive S.r.l. was registered in the "Registro delle Imprese" of Brescia.

The legal effectiveness of the merger will start from November 6, 2019, while the accounting and tax effects will feed back to January 1, 2019.
