SUPPLEMENTAL ANNOUNCEMENT FOR

DISCLOSEABLE TRANSACTION

IN RELATION TO CAPITAL INJECTION IN RESPECT OF

A NON-WHOLLY OWNED SUBSIDIARY

Reference is made to the announcement (the "Announcement") of Planetree International Development Limited (the "Company") dated 22 January 2020 regarding the Capital Injection by Planetree Cayman Limited, a direct wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, into Liberty Capital Limited, an indirect non-wholly owned subsidiary of the Company. Unless otherwise defined herein, capitalized terms used herein shall have the same meanings as those defined in the Announcement.

In addition to the information disclosed in the Announcement, the Board would like to provide supplemental information on the identities of the ultimate beneficial owners of the shareholders of Liberty Capital Limited other than Planetree Cayman Limited.

As disclosed in the organisation chart at page 5 of the Announcement, both immediately before and upon completion of the Capital Injection, the three shareholders of Liberty Capital Limited comprise Planetree Cayman Limited, "Independent third party investor A" and "Independent third party investor B".

To the best knowledge, information and belief of the Board and after making all reasonable enquiries:

1. the ultimate beneficial owner of "Independent third party investor A" is Oshidori International Holdings Limited, a company incorporated in Bermuda with limited liability whose shares are listed on the main board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the "Stock Exchange") with stock code: 622; and

1. the ultimate beneficial owner of "Independent third party investor B" is China Touyun Tech Group Limited, a company incorporated in Bermuda with limited liability whose shares are listed on the main board of the Stock Exchange with stock code: 1332.
