Picturehouse Media Limited Approves to Appoint P J Bhavani as Independent, Non-Executive Woman Director and as Member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee

The board of Picturehouse Media Limited have approved in their meeting held on December 05, 2018 the appointment of Mrs. P J Bhavani, as an Additional Director (Independent, Non-Executive Woman Director) of the company with effect from December 5, 2018 to hold office upto the date of the next Annual General Meeting. Further, the Board has reconstituted the Nomination and Remuneration to appoint Mrs. PJ Bhavani appointed as Woman Director as member of the Committee.
