Petroleum Geo-Services ASA provided earnings guidance for the fourth quarter of 2017. Based on a preliminary review of fourth quarter 2017 sales, the company expected to report total MultiClient revenues of approximately $170 million in the fourth quarter of 2017, which should result in a consolidated EBITDA in excess of $100 million.

PGS ASA specializes in providing geophysical services and in the production of oil and gas. Net sales break down by activity as follows: - geophysical services (59.6%): acquisition, processing and marketing non-exclusive seismic data to oil and gas companies for prospecting and developing reserves, as well as the management of production fields; - seismic data acquisition services under exclusive contracts (36.9%); - seismic data processing and interpretation services (3.3%). The group also offers services enabling companies to improve their knowledge of the structure and monitoring of their reserves; - other (0.2%).
