Contents of the Report:
The Management Board of PEKAES SA, acting pursuant to Article 56 para. 1 item 1 of the Act on Public Offering and Conditions of Introducing Financial Instruments to Organised Trading and on Public Companies of 29 July 2005, hereby informs that on 23 July 2015 PEKAES SA received the following information from Kulczyk Investments S.A. with registered office in Luxembourg:
"Kulczyk Investments S.A. hereby corrects the notification sent to the company on 21 July 2015 of conclusion of Investment Agreement and Conditional Preliminary Sale Agreement by a subsidiary of KI, i.e. Kulczyk Holding S.A with registered office in Warsaw, and STRADA Holding s.a.r.l., insuch a way that it specifies that it is STRADA Holding s.a.r.l. − a company belonging to PE InnovaCapital fund, not STRADA Holding s.a.r.l − a subsidiary of Innova Capital sp. z o. o. with registered office in Warsaw, that is the party to the above-mentioned agreement. Other information contained in the notification is correct."
