CARLSBAD, Calif., January 29, 2013--(PR Newswire)-Patriot Scientific Corporation (OTCBB: PTSC) today announced the settlement of all litigation between Charles H. Moore, co-inventor of the Moore Microprocessor Patent (MMP) Portfolio(TM), and The TPL Group, co-owners with PTSC of the MMP Portfolio. The MMP Portfolio covers the fundamental aspects of microprocessor design, which is licensed to a variety of manufacturers and marketers of electronic products.
