Daejin DMP Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A065690) agreed to acquire Weihai Acodis Electronics Co.,Ltd. from Daejin DPS Limited for CNY 29.9 million on October 11, 2017. The consideration will be paid in cash. As of December 31, 2016, Weihai Acodis Electronics Co.,Ltd. reported total assets of KRW 7.72 billion (CNY million) and total capital of KRW 5.96 billion (CNY million). For 2016, Weihai Acodis Electronics Co.,Ltd. reported sales of KRW 15.9 billion (CNY million). Resolution on the transaction was passed by the Board of Directors of Daejin DMP Co., Ltd. on October 11, 2017. Scheduled acquisition date is October 20, 2017.
