Oriflame Holding Ag Announces Preliminary Unaudited Earnings Results for the Fourth Quarter and Full Year of 2018

Oriflame Holding AG announced preliminary unaudited earnings results for the fourth quarter and full year of 2018. For the period, the company net profit of EUR 33 million against EUR 35.8 million a year ago. Diluted EPS was EUR 0.57 against EUR 0.62 a year ago. Operating profit amounted to EUR 50 million against EUR 56.3 million a year ago. Local currency sales increased by 1% with a euro sales decrease of 3% to EUR 370 million against EUR 380.1 million a year ago.
For the year, the company reported sales of EUR 1,319 million. Operating profit was EUR 149 million. Net profit was EUR 96 million. Diluted EPS was EUR 1.68.
Oriflame Holding AG is a Switzerland-based developer, producer and marketer of beauty products. The Company's product portfolio includes skin care products, such as day and night creams, lip care, face treatments and serums and sun protectors, as well as facial brushes, sponges and mirrors; color cosmetics, such as lipstick, brushes, nail polish, eye make-up, eye make-up remover and powder; fragrances, including deodorants and perfume; personal and hair care products, such as shampoo, styling products, shower gel and oral care products; accessories, including bags, gloves, hats, sunglasses, watches, rings, necklaces, bracelets and scarves, and wellness products, such as soups, shakes and nutrition products.
