Orgtechnica AD, formerly known as Orgtechnica AD Silistra (Orgtehnika JSC Silistra), is a Bulgaria-based company that specializes in the production of electronic-calculating and registering equipment. Its products line includes cash registers, calculators, electronic taximeters and scales, fiscal printers, mechanical parts with galvanic coating, plastic details, electromechanical knots and articles, as well as nonstandard instrumental equipment. The Company operates in both, domestic and foreign markets, such as Greece, Ukraine and Romania. As of December 31, 2011, the Companyâs major shareholder was Orgimpeks AD with a stake of 37.94%.
