NOTICE OF BOARD MEETING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of OMATEK VENTURES PLC. will hold on Fridaythe 28thday of July, 2023at 03: 00pmprompt to discuss the following:

1. Review and Possible Approval of the Company's Unaudited Financial Statements for the 2nd Quarter ended 30th June, 2023 (Q2 2023 UFS).
2. Update on the Annual General Meeting (AGM) for the year ended 31st December, 2022.
3. Update on the Status of the Company
4. Other Items

Consequently, the Company commenced its closed period from Saturday, 1st July, 2023, and this will remain in force till twenty four (24) hours after the filing of the filing of the UFS at the Nigerian Exchange Limited. All Insiders and related persons are duly informed and prohibited from trading in the Company's shares during this period.
