Obrascón Huarte Lain, S.A. announced that the board of directors has accepted the resignation of Mr. Francisco Javier López Madrid from the post of Proprietary Director of the OHL. In January 2017, Mr. López Madrid offered his resignation from the Board of Directors to the President of OHL as he was assuming executive responsibilities outside Spain which, due to the tasks of the new post and corresponding foreign residence, were not compatible with his current role as Proprietary Director of OHL. He remained in the post until the Board of Directors elected a suitable replacement. The board has designated by cooptation Mr. Javier Goñi del Cacho as new Proprietary Director, thereby covering post left open by the resignation of Mr. López Madrid.
