Novotroitskiy Tsementnyi Zavod AO (NTSZ AO or Novotroitsk Cement Plant JSC or NCP JSC) is a Russia-based company involved in the cement production industry. The Company's products portfolio comprises of different types of cement, which are used in production of concrete, dry mixtures, reinforced concrete structures, such as pipes and others used in oil and gas wells, roads and airfields, among others. The Company distributes its products on the territory of the Russian Federation, mainly to Orenburg Oblast, as well as to Moscow, Arkhangelsk and Omsk Oblasts and exports them to Kazakhstan. NTSZ AO operates through such subsidiaries as TsEMPROM OOO and Sandin OOO. The Company's major shareholder is UNITED CEMENT GROUP PLC.
