Novokramators'kyi mashynobudivnyi : The results of NKMZ eight months’ work summarized on the eve of professional holiday

The results of Novokramatorsky Mashinostroitelny Zavod (Kramatorsk city, Donetsk region) 8 months' work have been summarized on the eve of Machine builders Day.

The volume of sales for 8 months compared to analogous period in 2016 increased for 48,14%, mechanical products - for 32,6%, marketable products - for 57,4%, gross output in machine-hour-rate - for 44,9%. The volume of orders taken into production compared to analogous period of the previous year increased in 1,7 times. The work load for the enterprise for the next year is already formed.

In 2017 NKMZ is engaged in production of unique equipment. Particularly, equipment for carbon billet columns compression and electrical power transfer in graphitization furnaces was made for PJSC Ukrgraphit (Zaporozhe). It's one-of-a-kind equipment in Ukraine.

After more than three years' interval, NKMZ restarted active work with home market for delivery of sinking equipment. Now the plant is engaged in macrocontract with company DTEK for supply of eight light combines of П110 type for Pavlograd mines. Casting crane with a capacity of 450+100/20 t was produced for MW Azovsteel. It's planned to produce 4 additional cranes for this customer. The equipment for roughing mill train revamping, stands No.1-7, for Krakatau (Indonesia) is already manufactured.

Reference-list of NKMZ was amended by such unique complex equipment as roll changing mechanism for finishing train of 2800-mm hot rolling mill, circular sinter cooler, converter body, hot rolling mill work rolls for pipe-rolling mills in France, Romania, Slovakia. We are engaged in developing of partnership with new customers from Europe, Oman, Turkey, India, USA.

NKMZ continue to perform a huge technical modernization of production facilities. Particularly, we have started production of non-standardized equipment for large-scale reconstruction of automated forging complex with a capacity of 10000tf; new thermal furnace is produced and installed; section for the work roll spray quenching is made, automated ultrasonic inspection machines for the rolling mill rolls are implemented, technological process for automatic surfacing and welding of parts and units of power equipment is developed. The technical modernization program includes purchase of new machines, more than 20 cranes are modernized with radio control.

Production rates at NKMZ give reasons to suppose that for 9 months we will be able perform the main technical and economic requirements of the whole 2016.
