General meeting results

Northwest Resources Limited (the Company) advises that the following resolutions placed before shareholders at the General Meeting today were approved by the requisite majorities:

Resolution 2 Appointment and remuneration of liquidator

Each of the resolutions was passed on a show of hands. The following proxy information in respect of the above resolutions is set out below:

Appointment of liquidator

As a result of the passing of the above resolutions, the Company has now been placed into a members' voluntary liquidation and will be wound up. Mr Tim Heesh of TPH Insolvency has been appointed to act as Liquidator of the Company for the purpose of such winding up.
