Hereby AS "Nordeka" informs that the final share buyout offer expressed by Juris Savickis will start on Monday, 9th of March, 2015.

Information about the offer:

2. Offerer: natural person Juris Savickis, who in total directly and indirectly has acquired voting rights on 1 813 154 registered and bearer shares of the target company which is 95.10% of total share with voting rights of the target company.
3. The offered buyout price of each share is EUR 1,181.
4. The period of the final share buyout offer is 30 days starting from 9th of March, 2015.
