The reference is made to the fact that the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of Nok Airlines Public Company Limited (the "Company") No. 1/2019 on 22 January 2019 had approved the capital increase and the allocation of the newly issued ordinary shares to the existing shareholders of 908,799,918 shares at a par value of 1 Baht, the total value of 908,799,918 Baht, offering to the existing shareholders of the Company in proportion to their respective shareholding (Right Offering), and the Company specified the date for determining the names of the shareholders who are entitled to subscribe and to be allocated the newly-issued ordinary shares (Record Date) to be on 4 January 2019.

The Company would like to inform the details of the subscription of the newly issued ordinary shares, as follows:

• 1. Subscription and payment periods of the newly issued ordinary shares:

  During 31 January 2019 to 6 February 2019 (the total of 5 working days) from 09:00 a.m. to 03:30 p.m.

  Please be kindly note that the Company does not accept any subscription for the newly issued ordinary shares by mail.

• 3. Subscription fee of the newly issued ordinary shares: 2.75 Baht per share.

• 4. Allocation ratio of the newly issued ordinary shares: 2.5 existing shares to 1 newly-issued ordinary shares with fraction being disregarded.

The Company will proceed with the delivery of the letter of the allocation of the newly issued ordinary shares to the existing shareholders who have the rights to subscribed for the newly issues ordinary shares of the Company and publish the letter of the allocation of the newly issued ordinary shares and relevant documents on the Company's website, with these being available to be downloaded athttp://www.nokair.com/investor_relations/ on 23 January 2019. The Company hereby asks the shareholders to consider the details of the subscription of the newly issued ordinary shares in the letter of the allocation of the newly issued ordinary shares and subscribe the shares as per the details and procedures specified in the letter.
