Ideal Planning Co., Ltd. resolved to acquire land and buildings at 1779-1,1779-2,1780-2,1772-19 6-chome Hirai, Tokyo from Nihon Form Service Co. Ltd. (JASDAQ:7869) for ¥100 million on September 25, 2013. The agreement was signed on October 4, 2013 and the transaction is expected to close on November 28, 2013.

The transaction has been resolved by the Board of Nihon Form Service.
