The City of Ripley, Miss., is pleased to announce the release of its new online payment portal. This service provides the citizens of Ripley a convenient way to pay city court fines, water and gas bills, and park and recreation fees. The service is easily accessible from the city's new website, www.ripley.ms.gov. Ripley citizens who still wish to pay by credit card, but may not have access to the Internet, can also visit the Ripley City Hall to pay over the counter.

"Ripley is pleased to offer this new service to all of our citizens," said Chris Marsalis, mayor of Ripley. "This process provides a convenient electronic payment option for our citizens and has made it easier for them to do business with the city." Marsalis also added, "Working with the State's eGovernment program to launch this service offered us a secure, user-friendly solution all with a quick turn around time." Since its launch, the online service has seen a consistent rise in transaction volume and the City of Ripley is hoping to offer more payment options in 2014.

Ripley is a city in Tippah County, Miss. Its population was 5,395 at the 2010 census and it is the county seat of Tippah County.
