NattoPharma : DISCLOSURE OF LARGE SHAREHOLDING

ImmunoPharma AS has on 29th December 2019 acquired 98,87% of TG Montgomery AS,
where the latter own 1,735,122 shares in NattoPharma ASA at the time of the
transaction.

As a result thereof ImmunoPharma AS has indirectly assumes ownership of 98,87%
of the NattoPharma ASA shares owned by TG Montgomery AS, representing 9,43% of
the total number of shares and votes issued by NattoPharma ASA.
NattoPharma ASA is listed on Oslo Axess.
