Naspers Limited announced that Messrs Liu Guijin and Hendrik du Toit will be appointed as independent non-executive directors of the company, effective April 1, 2016. Mr. Liu is experienced in international affairs. He is the Dean of the China-Africa International Business School, Zhejiang Normal University and a past Chinese ambassador to South Africa (2001 -2007).
Mr. du Toit is the chief executive of Investec Asset Management and a director of Investec plc and Investec Ltd.
