TOLEDO, OH--(Marketwired - Feb 17, 2015) - N-Viro International Corporation (OTCQB: NVIC) announces the receipt of a General Permit from the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection. The permit approves the processing of biosolids from municipal wastewater treatment plants using the N-Viro Fuel™ process.

N-Viro intends to use this permit to operate their mobile fuel facility in Pennsylvania, to produce sufficient N-Viro Fuel for final testing at a nearby power plant. Once the testing has been successfully completed, it is expected the negotiation on long-term agreements for use of N-Viro Fuel will result.

Timothy Kasmoch, CEO and President of N-Viro International, had these comments, "This general permit, along with the non-waste determination received last year from the United States Environmental Protection Agency, completes several years of regulatory efforts. We expect to complete the testing phase of this project sometime this summer and will then be in position to commercialize the N-Viro Fuel technology domestically." Mr. Kasmoch continued, "When we combine the work done domestically with our ongoing international efforts, we see an opportunity that meets a global demand for N-Viro Fuel commercialization."
