Minmetals Land Limited Announces Resignation of Lam Chun as an Independent Non-Executive Director, A Member of the Audit Committee, Remuneration Committee and Nomination Committee

The board of directors of Minmetals Land Limited announced that due to the appointment of Mr. Lam Chun, Daniel as the Managing Director of the Urban Renewal Authority, Mr. Lam has tendered his resignation as an independent non-executive director, a member of each of the audit committee, remuneration committee and nomination committee of the company with effect from 11 June 2015.
