Minerals 260 Limited announced the appointment of Ms Emma Scotney as a Non-Executive Director of the Company. Ms Scotney is a highly experienced Business Advisor and Corporate Lawyer who has over 25 years' combined experience in the property, agricultural and mining industries. Currently providing in-house legal counsel services to an ASX-listed global mining technology company, advising on corporate and commercial matters (including M&A and corporate governance policy), Ms Scotney is also a member of a private company Board responsible for running a large commercial livestock and cropping enterprise. She has also previously been joint CEO of a WA-based real estate company. Ms Scotney holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree (University of Western Australia), Bachelor of Laws, Honours (Edith Cowan University), Post Graduate Diploma in Strategic and Financial Management (University of Western Australia and Australian Institute of Management) and is also a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. In addition to her role as Non-Executive Director of the Company, Ms Scotney will also be appointed as Chair of the Company's Audit and Risk Committee. She will be considered an independent Director.
