Mineral Commodities Ltd ('MRC' or 'the Company') (ASX:MRC) is pleased to advise that a new Chief Financial Officer, Trevor Harris has been appointed and will take up responsibility for this critical role on 1st June 2024.

Mr Harris is a qualified accountant with twenty-five (25) years of financial experience, with the most recent twelve (12) years at CFO level. This experience has been with both small cap and mid-tier companies with market capitalization up to $1.2B. Importantly, Trevor has worked in Australian public companies managing international finance teams of up to 70 staff in Australia, Africa and Indonesia. Trevor replaces Adam Bick who has been with the Company for seven (7) years and is leaving the organisation to pursue other opportunities.
