Company Midwest Lithium Limited

Midwest Lithium Ltd is an Australia-based mineral exploration company. The Company is engaged in acquiring and exploring hard rock lithium projects with the objective of creating multiple discoveries and developing mining projects. The Company intends to hold a 100% interest in 1,098 unpatented lode mining claims covering approximately 23,000 acres or 93 square kilometers (km2) located in the Black Hills of South Dakota, United States. The Company also holds options to acquire six patented lode mining claims in the region comprising the past lithium producing Ingersoll and Mateen mines as well as the past tantalum producer Old Mike mine. The Company’s Mateen property includes at least three spodumene bearing dikes identified with spodumene core up to 20meters wide. The Ingersoll contains five identified pegmatite outcropping bodies.
