With reference to Mena Transport Public Company Limited ("the Company") has issued new shares for capital increase by initial public offering (IPO) during June 30th, 2021 to July 1st, 2021 for 184,000,000 shares, at the price of 1.20 Baht per share, totaling net amount of 211.94 Million Baht after deduction underwriting commissions and expenses in connection with the offering.

The Company would like to report the utilization of capital increase from IPO as of June 30th, 2022 as follows:
