Business Summary

Mediaholding PAO, formerly Mediaholding OAO, formerly O2TV OAO, is a Russia-based company, which is engaged in the broadcasting industry. The Company’s television channel offers news services, political and leisure programs. It operates its own studio where it realizes television and video projects, also for third party customers. Mediaholding OAO cooperates with such cable television operators as Akado, Qwerty, Vympelkom and IP-TV. In addition, the Company provides its services through such Internet portals as Mailr.ru and RuTube, among others. Mediaholding OAO is active domestically and operates one wholly owned subsidiary, O2TV OOO.
