NOTICE TO CREDITORS

This document is a Notice to Creditors relating to a meeting of creditors in terms of Section 147 of the Companies Act, Act 71 of 2008, as amended ("Companies Act").

And incorporates :

- Important information relating to the Date, Time and Venue of the meeting;

- Relevant information in terms of Section 147 of the Companies Act.

Notice is hereby given in terms of Section 147 of the Companies Act of the First Meeting of Creditors which is being convened under the Chairmanship of the Business Rescue Practitioner, Pierre Berrangé ("the Business Rescue Practitioner") at the place, date and time fixed by the Chairman, namely at :

AGENDA FOR THE MEETING

1. The Agenda for the meeting is as follows :

   
   

2. For the Chairman, as the Practitioner, to :

   • Inform the Creditors whether the Practitioner believes that there is a reasonable prospect of the Company being rescued; and

   • May receive proof of claims by Creditors

     
     

3. For the Creditors to :

   • Determine whether or not a Committee of Creditors should be appointed, and if so, appoint the members of the Committee.

NOTE : 1. The date, time and venue are subject to change. Any such changes will be published to all Affected Persons.




2. In accordance with Section 147(3) of the Companies Act, a decision supported by the holders of a simple majority of the Independent Creditors' voting interests voted will be the decision of the meeting.
