Marijuana Company of America, Inc. announced that it has entered a managed services agreement with Green Dot Collective located in North Hollywood, California. Under the terms of the two-year agreement, effective January 12, 2016, MCOA will provide GDC with the following managed services: compliance, accounting, product sourcing and testing, quality control, fulfillment, courier/delivery, transaction processing, cash management, loyalty and rewards programs, product development, packaging, marketing, branding and human resources. Green Dot will participate in phase two of the MCOA pilot program, extending it to Los Angeles County.

The pilot program will continue to expand to other regions of Southern California, and ultimately to Central and Northern California, as well as other states, when the business model satisfies stringent due diligence procedures.
