Makers Laboratories Limited Appoints Dipti Shah as Additional Director and Member of Audit Committee

Makers Laboratories Limited at its board meeting held on January 29, 2018 appointed Dipti Shah as an additional director from January 29, 2018 for a period of five years till January 28, 2023 subject to approval of shareholders at the AGM. The board also appointed Dipti Shah as the new member of the company's audit committee.
