("Magnum") (OTC Bulletin Board: MDOR), announces that both the company and its Next Generation Magnum/SRI Custom Compounds will be featured in a full page, four-color, right-hand read position in the Official 2010 NASCAR RacingOne Annual Publication.

NASCAR RacingOne instructed Magnum to forward artwork no later than January 15, 2010. This publication will give Magnum and Magnum/SRI ten months of continuous exposure: February 2010 through November 2010. Magnum and Magnum/SRI executives have been invited to attend the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series Daytona 500 in February 14, 2010 to meet with NASCAR officials and affiliates.

Total track capacity at NASCAR RacingOne events exceed 4.5 million in stadium seating alone while multiple events per track and additional non-stadium attendance boost these actual attendances numbers well over 4.5 million.

In addition, the 2010 NASCAR RacingOne Annual Publication will be:

1. Available on newsstands and retail outlets in NASCAR markets and surrounding areas.

2. Given free-of-charge to suite holders at all 12 of the aforementioned tracks.

3. Be available at all races and vended events.
