(OTC Bulletin Board: MDOR) (the "Company"), a high tech rubber solutions company, announced today that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Magnum Recycling USA, has added two new tire source and disposal clients, one of which is the City and County of Boulder, Colorado. The City and County of Boulder has indicated that it will dispose of all fleet and illegally dumped waste tires from the City and County at the Company's Hudson, CO facility. The Company's 100% closed loop tire recycling system is consistent with Boulder's goals of environmental sustainability and quality.

In addition to this development, the Company is pleased to announce that members from the Company's Malaysian technology partner, Sekhar Research Innovations (SRI), including SRI's President Gopi Sekhar, will be visiting the Company's facilities throughout the next week.
