Magnitogorsk Iron & Steel Works : MMK rolls out Evolution project management system

Magnitogorsk Iron and Steel Works (MMK) has begun operating a new project management system called Evolution, a digital product based on the Visary Project platform that enables the Company to manage an unlimited number of projects, programmes and portfolios at the same time.

Evolution helps the Company to plan activities and monitor their execution, including by setting deadlines, tracking progress and monitoring the achievement of set targets.

The system can also be used to maintain and manage project budgets thanks to its flexible economic formulas that can be customised to account for various factors when calculating the cost-effectiveness of a planned project, thereby facilitating management decision-making. In addition, the system offers a comprehensive functionality that was developed to carry out control and oversight of key events in order to manage project risks.

The system presents all up-to-date information on project implementation in the form of user-friendly dashboards and reports. It also provides participants with prompt access to information based on their role in the Company's projects.
