LOTTE Suwon Station Shopping Town Co., Ltd. announced a private placement of 7,000,000 shares at KRW 5,000 per share for gross proceeds of KRW 35,000,000,000 on January 27, 2012. Existing shareholders will invest in the transaction. The start date and end date of the subscription period is March 13, 2012. The payment date is March 13, 2012.
