Mountain Lake Minerals Inc. announced the resignations of Frank Metcalf, QC, as interim Chief Financial Officer, Corporate Secretary and Director; and Peter Woodward as Director of the company. Messrs. Woodward and Metcalf are leaving the company to focus on their other business activities.
