LIQTECH AND GRUNDFOS BIOBOOSTER A/S SIGNS
$450,000 FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT

BALLERUP, DENMARK - January 5th, 2017 - LiqTech International, Inc. (NYSE MKT: LIQT)

('LiqTech') is pleased to announce that LiqTech and Grundfos Biobooster A/S (Grundfos) have signed a framework agreement for the delivery of Silicon Carbide ceramic discs. The agreement has a value of minimum $450,000 and an initial term of 2 years. The ceramic discs will be used in Grundfos´s Ultra Filtration (UF) systems for water re-use.

Mr. Sune Mathiesen, LiqTech CEO, remarked, 'We are very pleased to sign this framework agreement with Grundfos. Grundfos has developed a unique filtration technology based on a rotating principle and we have worked closely together in the development of a ceramic disc to be used in a new product for water re-use.'
