HONG KONG, July 23, 2012- Le Gaga Holdings Limited (NASDAQ: GAGA) ("Le Gaga" or "the Company"), a leading greenhouse vegetable producer in China, today announced that it has filed its Annual Report on Form 20-F for fiscal year ended March 31, 2012 ("Annual Report") with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
A downloadable version of the Annual Report is available on the Company's website at www.legaga.com.hk. The Company will provide a hard copy of its annual report on Form 20-F containing the audited financial statements for the three years ended March 31, 2012, free of charge, to its shareholders and ADS holders upon request.
