filed its Annual Report on Form 20-F for fiscal year ended
March 31, 2012 ("Annual Report") with the Securities and
Exchange Commission.

provide a hard copy of its annual report on Form 20-F
containing the audited financial statements for the three
years ended March 31, 2012, free of charge, to its
shareholders and ADS holders upon request.
Le Gaga is a leading greenhouse vegetable producer in China.
