KTK Group Co., Ltd. (SHSE:603680) agreed to acquire remaining 37% stake in KTK Technology Co., Ltd from Li Jianqun for CNY 21.1 million on March 30, 2018. After the transaction, KTK Technology Co., Ltd will become a wholly owned subsidiary of KTK Group Co., Ltd. As of December 31, 2017, net assets of KTK Technology were CNY 60.54 million, total assets were CNY 74.09 million, operating income was CNY 27.3 million and net profit was CNY 10.10 million. The transaction was approved by the 5th meeting of the 3rd directorate of KTK Group Co., Ltd.

The Company's internal products in the domestic market has been applied to CRH series of Electric Motor Train Unit (EMU) vehicles as well as Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen and other cities in the city rail vehicles. Products in the international market has been applied to the United Kingdom, France, Italy, Belgium, Singapore, India and other countries of the rail traffic vehicle projects.
