Subject: Notification of a shareholder on a change of previously hold share in the total number of votes in the General Meeting of Kryncki Recykling S.A.
The Management Board of Krynicki Recykling S.A. (hereinafter the "Issuer", the "Company") hereby announces that on 24 September 2015 a notification under Art. 69 of the Act on Public Offering and Conditions for Implementing Financial Instruments to the Organized Trading System and Public Companies of 29 July 2005 was received from a shareholder, Mr Piotr Nadolski. The shareholder informs that his share in the Issuer capital and votes increased above 5%. This change was the result of the purchase of common bearer shares of Krynicki Recykling S.A. The purchase took place outside the regulated market.
Prior to the above-mentioned transactions, Mr. Piotr Nadolski owned 835,140 shares i.e. 4,90% in the share capital of Krynicki Recykling S.A. and the total number of votes at General Shareholders Assemblies.
Following the above-mentioned transactions, Mr. Piotr Nadolski owns 1.235.140 shares, i.e. 7,25% in the share capital of Krynicki Recykling S.A. and the total number of votes at General Shareholders Assemblies.
