Prague, 28 January 2014 - Komerční banka's General Meeting decided today on changes to the company's Articles of Association. The reason for making the changes is the new codification of civil law and company law, which requires companies to adjust their articles of association to the new legislation within six months from 1 January 2014.
By amending its Articles of Association and subsequently entering this fact in the companies register, the bank has submitted to the Business Corporations Act as a whole.
The amended Articles of Association do not change the bank's corporate governance or the shareholders' rights and obligations. All important facts required by the law will continue to be published on the bank's website at www.kb.cz and using other customary methods.
The changes to the Articles of Association and the consolidated text of the Articles of Association, including explanatory notes, are available at General Meetings and Dividend Payments section.
