Notice of Board Meeting

The board of directors (the "Board") of Ko Yo Chemical (Group) Limited (the "Company", together with its subsidiaries, collectively the "Group") hereby announces that a meeting of the directors of the Company will be held at Suite No. 02, 31st Floor, Sino Plaza, 255-257 Gloucester Road, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong on 26 August 2016 at 10:00 a.m. for the following purposes:

1. To consider and approve the consolidated unaudited interim results of the Group for the six months ended 30 June 2016 (the "Half-year Results");

2. To consider the payment of an interim dividend, if any;

3. To consider and approve the closure of the register of members, if necessary;

4. To approve the publication of the Half-year Results announcement on the website of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, and the despatch of the half-year reports to the shareholders of the Company; and

5. To transact any other business.
