Kindom Development Co., Ltd. announced earnings results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2021. For the first quarter, the company announced sales was TWD 4,920.665 million compared to TWD 3,897.274 million a year ago. Operating income was TWD 862.222 million compared to TWD 563.089 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 535.805 million compared to TWD 302.534 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 1.09 compared to TWD 0.61 a year ago.

The Company operates in three business segments. The Development segment is engaged in the development of residential and commercial buildings for rental and sales. The Construction segment is engaged in the construction engineering business, including the construction of enterprise headquarters, factories, hospitals and residential buildings, as well as the civil engineering business, including roads engineering and bridges engineering. The Department Stores segment is engaged in the operation of shopping centers. The Company mainly operates businesses in Taiwan.
