Jessica Weeks and Miranda Wotton Named Assistant Vice Presidents
HOULTON, Maine (December 8, 2021) - Katahdin Trust is pleased to announce the promotions of Jessica Weeks to Assistant Vice President, Deposit Operations Manager, and Miranda Wotton to Assistant Vice President, Electronic Banking Manager.
"Jessica is very dependable and knowledgeable and she is deserving of this promotion," said Matthew Nightingale, Executive Vice President and Chief
Financial Officer. "She plays an important role at the Bank and we're glad to see her continue to grow within our organization."
In Jessica's new role as AVP, Deposit Operations Manager, she'll be
responsible for oversight of the deposit operations staff. She joined Katahdin Trust in 2007 as a teller at our Presque Isle branch. From 2009 through 2013, she held a variety of positions including Commercial Services Assistant, Pool Teller, Retail Services Assistant, and Electronic Banking Clerk. In 2013, she was promoted to Deposit Operations Supervisor, a position she held until this most recent promotion.
Miranda joined Katahdin Trust in 2006 as a part-time Proof/Computer Operator at the Houlton Operations Center. In 2008, she became a Data Input

Clerk and was promoted to Bank Operations Specialist in 2016. In 2019, she was promoted to Electronic
Banking Supervisor, a role she held until this most recent promotion. In Miranda's new role as AVP, Electronic
Banking Manager, she will oversee all areas of electronic banking.

Banking courses and programs" said Nightingale. "With more than 15 years of experience, Miranda provides
excellent customer service and we're very pleased with her receiving this promotion."
