Jushri Technologies Inc. approved election of Zhang Bo, Jia Lei, Zhang Xuejun, Liu Zhao, Hu Shiping as non-independent directors; election of Wang Dongjin, Cao Huimin, Li Xueyao as
independent directors; and election of Zhang Nan and Xiu Dong as non-employee supervisors, at its third Extraordinary General Meeting of 2019 held on 12 November 2019.
Jushri Technologies, Inc is a China-based company mainly engaged in the manufacture of military broadband mobile communication equipments. The Company is mainly engaged in research and development, manufacturing and sales of broadband mobile communication systems and military tactical communication equipment service business, engineering implementation and the provision of broadband mobile communication system solution business. The broadband mobile communication equipment business mainly includes the manufacture and sales of various types of base stations, terminals, accessories and other hardware equipment and supporting software. The Company's business also includes technology development services business and integration business. The Company mainly conducts its businesses in domestic market.
