Suspension of Broadcast Service Due to Regular Maintenance of facility

For the regular maintenance of the broadcast facility, we have following service outage. The programmed viewing and recording during these hours may not be available. Please check the 'trouble & maintenance info' on J:COM website.

• ・Subjected Areas:Nationwide
• ・Dates:Wednesday, March 23 at 1:00-7:00 (6hours)

Subjected Channels: All cable digital broadcast (including promo channel), some BS digital (Star Channel 1-3, BS 12 Twellv, Dlife), J:COM TV, J:COM Channel ※Open College (CATV703) will be suspended for 5 hours 1:00-6:00

＜Please Note＞
In J:COM Kumamoto, pre-programmed viewing and recordings For CNNj (CATV 302), Nittere NEWS 24 (CATV 305), and Classica Japan (CATV 353) on and after Wed., March 23 are cancelled. Please reprogram (including weekly recordings) after 7:00 am on Wednesday, March 23. If these channels are not available after the maintenance, please tune into Shop Channel (CATV 200) for 30 seconds and reselect the channel.

Additionally, instantaneous interruption of service will occur in the following areas.

Dates:Feb25, 26, 29 and March 1、2, 3、4, 8 and 9 (several few minutes interruptions during 1:00-6:00)
Subjected Channels:：Terrestrial digital, BS digital and cable digital broadcast ※including PPV, and FM Radio

• ・Subjected Areas:：Sumida-Taito (only in Sumida-ward)

Dates:Thursday, March 3 several instantaneous interruptions in 2:00-5:00
Subjected Channels: all of J:COM services

• ・Subjected Areas: Kanagawa Central

Dates:Several few minutes interruption during 2:00-6:00 am on Friday, March 4
Subjected Channels：Terrestrial digital, BS digital and cable digital broadcast

• ・Subjected Areas:　Yokohama TV

Dates:One 5-minutes video outage and 1 or 2 instantaneous interruption during 2:00-6:00 am on Monday, March 7.
Subjected Channels: Terrestrial digital （including TOKYO MX、Tere Tama, Chiba Tere, tvk、J:COM TV）

Dates:Few minutes during 1:00-5:00 am on Thursday, March17.
Subjected Channels: Terrestrial digital and BS digital

Enhancement of live broadcast for tablets and smartphones

Live distribution for tablets and smartphones via J:COM on demand app will be enhanced as described below. This enhancement will enable enjoying Saitama Seibu Lions host games anytime anywhere (free)
① FOX HD：24 hour distribution starting end of January.
② Fuji TV ONE: distribution hours to be expanded starting March (planned)
※The name of service on J:COM on demand is Fuji TV ONEsmart.
③ Fuji TV TWO to start distribution in March (planned)

Termination of J:COM on Demand Mihodai-Pack 「FOODIES TV Select'

The distribution of FOODIES TV Select will be terminated at the end of April.
The subscribers of FOODIES TV Select should change Mihodai Pack before the end of April. Please refer to J:COM website for details.

※New subscription is accepted till the end of March.
