Yancheng Nongyi Investment Management Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership) agreed to acquire 81.41% stake in Nongyi E-commerce Co., Ltd. from Jiangsu Huifeng Agrochemical Co., Ltd and Shanghai Youyang E-commerce Co., Ltd. for CNY 55.6 million.

Yancheng Nongyi Investment Management Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership) agreed to acquire 81.41% stake in Nongyi E-commerce (Beijing) Co., Ltd. from Jiangsu Huifeng Agrochemical Co., Ltd (SZSE:002496) and Shanghai Youyang E-commerce Co., Ltd. for CNY 55.6 million on January 18, 2017. Under the terms of the transaction, Jiangsu Huifeng Agrochemical Co., Ltd (SZSE:002496) will sale 75.7% stake and Shanghai Youyang E-commerce Co., Ltd. will sale 5.71% stake. The transaction is subject to be approved by the shareholders of Jiangsu Huifeng Agrochemical Co., Ltd. As on January 18, 2017, transaction was approved by the Board of Jiangsu Huifeng Agrochemical Co., Ltd.
