Japan Asia Investment Co., Ltd. announced a private placement of 4,400,000 shares at a price of ¥227 per share for the gross proceeds of ¥998,800,000 on May 24, 2024. The shares will be allotted through third -party allotment. The transaction will include participation from new investor, Governance Partners ASIA Investment Limited Partnership.

The transaction has been approved by the shareholders of the company and is expected to close on June 28, 2024.
