RECORD AND PAYMENT DATES FOR FINAL DIVIDEND

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT, subject to the approval by the shareholders at the Annual General Meeting to be held on 22 April 2022 (the "AGM") , the Share Transfer Books and Register of Members of ISEC Healthcare Ltd. (the "Company") will be closed at 5:00 p.m. on 4 May 2022 for the purpose of determining shareholders' entitlements to the proposed final tax exempt (one-tier) dividend in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2021 (the "Proposed Dividend").

Duly completed registrable transfers in respect of the Company's shares received by the Company's Share Registrar, Boardroom Corporate & Advisory Services Pte. Ltd., at 1 Harbourfront Avenue, #14-07 Keppel Bay Tower, Singapore 098632 up to 5:00 p.m. on 4 May 2022 will be registered to determine shareholders' entitlements to the Proposed Dividend. Shareholders whose securities accounts with The Central Depository (Pte) Limited are credited with the Company's shares at 5:00 p.m. on 4 May 2022 will be entitled to the Proposed Dividend.

Payment of the Proposed Dividend, if approved by the shareholders at the AGM, will be made on 11 May 2022.
