NOTICE TO THE MARKET
IOCHPE-MAXION S.A. ("Company"), in continuity with the information disclosed in the Material Fact of December 6, 2022, about the cyber incident suffered on December 5, 2022, informs its shareholders and the market that the Company, together with a group of specialized advisors, continues to act diligently and endeavor all its efforts to identify the causes of the incident, determine its extent and mitigate its effects.
All the Company's industrial plants, in Brazil and abroad, are in operation, with consistent progress being made on solutions for the gradual and safe reconnection of its systems.
